PRESS RELEASE
MIDDLE EAST: The premium compact SUV segment is growing rapidly. However, the next generation of luxury customers buying these vehicles expect nothing short of exceptional. With this in mind, Cadillac launched the new XT4. While the XT4 boasts remarkable engineering and technology, its design is what truly sets it apart in a sea of compact SUVs.
Since the XT4 was developed on an exclusive compact SUV architecture, the designers were not constrained by the requirements of an existing platform – fully able to unleash their creativity when it comes to the exterior and interior design.
Viewed from any angle, the sharp creases on the sheetmetal give the XT4 an unmistakable presence on the road. The strong character line along the side of the vehicle, is punctuated by a sloping roof lending the XT4 a sleek, sporty appearance. Up front, the XT4 Sport models feature a stunning gloss black mesh grille inspired by Cadillac’s high-performance V-Series models.
Additional styling details include gloss black window moldings and alloy wheel choices that are exclusive to the variant. Luxury and Premium Luxury models get grilles with bright metallic accents, satin aluminum window moldings and satin chrome-accented door handles, giving them a distinct look in the range.
Enhancing the XT4’s exterior design are details such as advanced LED lighting technology, front and rear. The vertical L-shaped LED lighting signature upfront is stretched horizontally over the fenders and feature integrated cooling vents for an added dose of aggression. The unique daylight running lights, coupled with the imposing grille, meanwhile, emphasize the XT4’s confident stance.
The same attention to detail is apparent at the rear which boasts vertically stretched L-shaped LED taillamps and an integrated roof spoiler that reinforces the XT4’s sporty dynamics. Sporty dual exhaust tips complete the look, making for an equally striking rear design.
At just 4,600mm in length, the compact look of the XT4 is enhanced further by a nearly two-meter width and a height of merely 1627mm. The XT4 sits low and wide for a compact SUV signaling its dynamic intentions.
The bold styling cues continue inside, with the refined and spacious cabin echoeing the exterior design themes. The cabin does not compromise on comfort either, giving the XT4 the optimal balance between aesthetics and refinement.
Taking center stage in the interior is Cadillac’s high-resolution infotainment display, integrated seamlessly into the dashboard. The theme carries on with the placement of the buttons that control the main features of the vehicle – falling easily to hand and yet with a sophisticated angular placement.
In essence, the XT4 has a head-turning, yet cohesive design inside and out, making it stylistically one of the most eye-catching vehicles in its class without sacrificing practicality or convenience.
